- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
- 1 Cup ground Flax Seeds
- 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Measure and strategically place dry ingredients. Preheat your oven to 200°F. Pulse pumpkin seeds in a food processor one-two times.
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients.
Add water and stir together for a minute or so till you get a uniform thick batter.
Place half the batter on a large piece of parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll (in different directions). Repeat with the other half.
Cool them and then cut them on a wooden board.
